A copy of the 10 year warranty and the Builder Warranty with customer service information are provided to homeowners at the Pre-Settlement Walk- Through. Please review the warranty information and contact us if there any questions.
90 Day Service: After you have lived in your new home for 90 days you may have discovered items that are in need of repair/attention that were missed on the walk-through. These should be listed on the “90 Day Form” and sent to our customer service department. Our customer service representative will contact you to set up a time to come and address the items.
One Year Service: 1 month prior to your one year anniversary of home ownership you may submit the “One Year Form” with any other items that you feel are covered under the warranty and need to be addressed. A customer service representative will again contact you to set up an appointment.
Emergency Service: Homeowners are provided with emergency contact numbers of the appropriate contractors in the event a maintenance problem occurs requiring immediate attention.(no heat or A/C. No hot water) All Non-emergency items should be listed on the 3 or 11 month “Punch List”
